He was thrown away, and wound up at ACS in San Antonio..... He was adopted from ACS. They decided they didn't want him anymore, and he was being sold on Craigslist and FB! An amazing human named Jessica jumped into action and was able to get him away from those awful people who promised to take care of him! 🤬 Jessica is currently fostering Chance.

Not only are his poor ears cropped right next to his head, but his vocal chords have been severed, so he can't bark. Some humans..... really..... REALLY SUCK!
